Warranty

If your product fails as a result of defective materials or workmanship under normal use, and while you are the product's owner, we will repair or replace the part(s) in question.

If we believe the fault occurred as a result of 'abnormal' use, we will contact you and obtain your approval to repair the product at your expense.

What is covered?

Dual Flow warrants to the original purchaser that the LEDs, ESP32s, power supplies and all connections will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. If one of our products fails during the warranty period due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the defective part(s) if you return the product to our studio, postage paid, together with your proof of purchase.

What is not covered?

Our warranty does not cover damages or defects that result from (a) accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes or abnormal conditions; (b) operation or usage of the product not in accordance with product instructions; (c) usage with improper voltage or power supply. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages such as abrasion, scratches or fading.

Returns

Dual Flow offers a full refund (less shipping) for any product returned within 30 days of purchase. Any items to be refunded must be in working order, undamaged and accompanied by a receipt of purchase.
